How to Get Shipping Rates and Order

Ordering on the website is simple and easy. Choose a product, change the quantity if desired, add to cart or continue shopping, fill out the necessary forms on the checkout page, and submit your order.

Need a shipping quote before you order? You can add a product to your shopping cart at any time, and then enter your delivery address. If the system doesn’t automatically get a quote when the address is entered, just click on the “Get Shipping Quote” Button. Please note that you DO NOT need to enter your credit card just to get a shipping quote.

Shipping Process

Your order will be shipped between 1-3 business days. Time in transit depends on the type of service you requested, distance, and the size of your order. If you want a better estimate on delivery time, email or call Benjamin at (717) 692-5835 to get an exact quote.

We offer 5 shipping options.

Fedex Ground – 2-6 business days
Fedex Second Day – 2 Business Days
Fedex Priority – Next Business Day
LTL (Truck Freight) 3-7 Business Days
Pick up at our plant.
These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

If you have your order shipped Fedex Ground, you don’t need to be there when the delivery is made. Fedex will deliver without signature unless you specify at time of order that you need otherwise.

If you have your order shipped LTL (Truck Freight), you will need to be there when it delivers. They may require assistance to unload.

Here’s a suggestion…

Do you have a friend that owns a business with a loading dock or forklift? Consider having your order shipped to their location. It will cost you less, plus, they will deliver without an appointment.

LTL (Truck Freight) makes a distinction between residential and commercial deliveries. Commercial it is assumed the customer has a loading dock, lift gate, or forklift services and are not pre-notified about deliveries. Residential LTL (Truck Freight) is as the name implies and someone *must* be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

Large Quantity or Custom Orders

Since we are the manufacturer, larger quantities are in stock and readily available. Our definition of a large quantity is about 300 spindles. As a rule of thumb, a good number of our customers are ordering 30 – 50 spindles.
