Please note, filling out this form does not guarantee that your items are eligible for return, exchange or refund; see our Return Policy for more information.
You may request a Return Authorization within 30 days of product delivery for unused/unaltered products for a full refund (shipping charges are not refundable).
We do not accept returns of:
– Any product that is not in its original condition. This may include, but is not limited to, a product that is damaged, has been used or installed, or a product that has been altered in any way, such as cut, drilled, painted, stained, etc.
– Products not immediately protected from the elements (sun, rain, snow, etc.).
– Products delivered more than 30 days ago.
– Products purchased through our sale/clearance/closeout section.
– Products purchased as part of a kit (i.e. Mailbox Posts), unless the full kit is returned.
